Seventeen years as a skilled trades recruiter has led Dean to becoming an insightful and resourceful industry trailblazer. With his upbeat and positive personality, refreshing authenticity, and a whip-smart sense of humor, Dean strives to make every interview feel like a conversation between two friends.

Dean received his diploma in business administration from RRC Polytech. Prior to joining the Pinnacle team, he worked for several years as a General Manager in the restaurant industry. When he isn’t at work, you can usually find him at the hockey rink!
