Position Overview - Production Technician

Pinnacle is seeking a motivated and hardworking Production Technician to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the glass industry and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and workplace safety. Experience in manufacturing, production, carpentry, or construction is considered an asset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate security panels according to specifications and quality standards

  • Operate production machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

  • Perform specialized tasks including spacer application, argon filling, and sealing

  • Inspect glass surfaces for defects and ensure product quality

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain adherence to company standards

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


Qualifications

  • Experience in the glass industry preferred

  • Manufacturing or production experience considered a strong asset

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment

  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 100 lbs

  • Basic math skills for accurate measurements

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving processes

  • Reliable transportation required as the building is NOT on a bus route

  • Steel-toed safety boots required
