Position Overview - Production Technician
Pinnacle is seeking a motivated and hardworking Production Technician to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the glass industry and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and workplace safety. Experience in manufacturing, production, carpentry, or construction is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities

Fabricate security panels according to specifications and quality standards

Operate production machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

Perform specialized tasks including spacer application, argon filling, and sealing
-
Inspect glass surfaces for defects and ensure product quality

Follow safety procedures and maintain adherence to company standards

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications

Experience in the glass industry preferred

Manufacturing or production experience considered a strong asset

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment

Ability to lift and move materials up to 100 lbs

Basic math skills for accurate measurements

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving processes

Reliable transportation required as the building is NOT on a bus route

Steel-toed safety boots required
