She has also dedicated more than 7 years to community leadership, including years as President/Chair of a local community centre board, where she has guided strategy, governance, and growth.

Known for her exceptional organizational skills, impactful mentorship, and trademark collection of bold, vibrant blazers, Courtney has a proven track record of connecting top accounting and finance professionals with organizations where they can thrive. She has also led recruitment teams and acted as a recruiter mentor through NFP groups, helping to shape careers while mentoring the next generation of recruiters.

Outside of work, Courtney channels her passion for community into volunteering, coaching her daughter’s sports teams, and supporting not-for-profit initiatives that promote inclusion and development.
