YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Greet and process orders from walk-in customers.
* Handle telephone and email orders with accuracy and professionalism.
* Conduct weekly telephone outreach to check on customer product needs.
* Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
* Maintain showroom appearance and organization.
* Assist with general office duties as required.
* Support the Branch Manager with special projects and tasks.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* 1-2 years’ B2B customer service experience
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Basic computer proficiency.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude with the flexibility to support multiple functions.
