YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and support the finance team through daily operations, month-end, and year-end close.
* Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis — ensuring accuracy and insight.
* Manage ERP system processes and develop reporting tools for budgeting and forecasting.
* Present financial reports highlighting KPIs and performance metrics.
* Handle complex Excel-based reporting and bridge analyses.
* Be hands-on during busy reporting cycles and closing periods; enjoy steadier project work and process improvements during slower months.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Public accounting background is mandatory.
* CPA designation must be completed.
* 1–3 years of experience in controller or finance-level roles.
* Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
* Expertise in ERP systems.
* Proficient in complex Excel functions
* Power BI experience is an asset.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines independently.
