YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 
* Oversee full-cycle accounting, including billing, AR/AP, payroll, and benefits.
* Manage multiple payroll groups with precision and compliance.
* Review and reconcile complex project billing; ensure work is accurately billed and supported.
* Conduct monthly financial reviews and monitor cash flow to support business decisions.
* Prepare and present financial reports to leadership.
* Assist with year-end processes and coordination with external accountants.
* Maintain high ethical standards and strong internal controls.
* Work collaboratively across departments and provide mentorship within the accounting team.
