Step into a fast-paced, detail-focused role as an Accounts Payable Clerk, where you’ll manage invoice and payment entry, process cheques and recurring payables, verify monthly EFTs, maintain records in Yardi, set up charges and credits to owner accounts, and assist with monthly financial statements. If you have 1–2 years of AP experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and are tech-savvy, we’d love to hear from you!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Accurately enter invoices and payments into the accounting system.
* Process payments and a high volume of financial transactions
* Scan, upload, and attach invoices within Yardi online accounting software
* Issue and process cheques for approved invoices
* Manage recurring payables, including cheque preparation and printing
* Verify and process monthly EFT payments
* Set up and apply monthly charges, credits, and pre-payments to owner accounts
*  Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* 1–2 years of accounts payable experience
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with accounting software
