We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Territory Manager to join a well-established organization in the food and beverage industry. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A TERRITORY MANAGER: * Identify and build relationships with potential and existing customers, including retail, hotels, restaurants, venues. * Actively manage customer accounts, providing consistent follow-ups and excellent service. Rural travel required. * Present and sell product portfolio, including new product launches and seasonal offerings. * Collaborate with management to build and execute sales strategies and meet sales targets. * Coordinate and work promotional events and in-store activations. Can include some evenings and weekends. * Gather market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. * Regularly update CRM tools with accurate sales activities and client information.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A TERRITORY MANAGER: * Previous experience in B2B sales (in food & beverage industry experience is a plus but not required). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized. * Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Passion for selling products and knowledge of local market trends.
