Pinnacle is exclusively partnering with a well-established construction organization that’s growing its operations team and looking to add a Site Superintendent / Project Manager who thrives in the field and takes pride in running clean, safe, and profitable projects.
This role is best suited for someone who prefers being on site leading crews, solving problems in real time, and keeping projects moving rather than managing from behind a desk.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You’ll oversee active construction and roofing projects across Winnipeg and surrounding regions, managing crews, coordinating resources, and serving as the key point of contact between the field, clients, and internal leadership. With a manageable project load, you’ll have the time and authority to run your jobs properly and make a real impact.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Lead and support site crews to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification
* Maintain a strong on-site presence, providing direction, answering questions, and supporting foremen
* Manage daily progress updates and communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders
* Coordinate materials, equipment, cranes, and site logistics
* Work closely with suppliers, consultants, property managers, and building owners
* Monitor job performance and contribute to project profitability alongside branch leadership
* Enforce safety standards and company processes while fostering a respectful, team-first culture

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
* Roofing experience is a strong asset, though solid construction experience is also valued
* Open to experienced Site Superintendents or hands-on Project Managers
* Training and onboarding support provided for the right individual
* Educational background is flexible, practical experience matters most
