THE ROLE AT A GLANCE:
* Travel with purpose: Rotating schedule with all expenses covered—bring your expertise to projects in diverse Manitoba communities.
* Lead with impact: Oversee every stage of construction, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
* Collaborate at the top level: Work with respected clients, strong subcontractors, and a high-performance internal team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage on-site operations from mobilization to handover.
* Lead and motivate crews, ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Uphold a proactive safety-first culture.
* Drive project schedules, anticipate challenges, and find solutions fast.
* Deliver superior quality control, inspections, and reporting.
* Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.
WHAT YOU BRING:
* 4+ years as a Site Superintendent in commercial, institutional, or industrial builds
* Proven track record delivering projects of $1M+ in value
* Carpentry background and/or Gold Seal Certification an asset
* Hands-on experience with self-performed work (concrete/carpentry preferred)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project
* Strong leadership, clear communication, and decisive problem-solving skills
