In this dynamic position, you’ll be the central link between customers, service technicians, and the sales team. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the service department — ensuring every client receives prompt professional support from start to finish.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Oversee service technician scheduling and dispatch to ensure timely, efficient service delivery
* Manage warranty claims, billing, and invoicing with accuracy and attention to detail
* Communicate directly with customers to coordinate service visits, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience
* Support the sales team with service-related information, product insights, and scheduling updates
* Maintain service records, reports, and follow-ups to ensure operational excellence
