Known for their fast pace and ambitious growth, this company has created a new Senior Project Coordinator role to help bring structure and organization to their expanding project portfolio.
This isn’t a training role—it’s designed for someone who thrives in the energy of construction and can jump in, get organized, and keep projects moving forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Take ownership of project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities stay on track
* Coordinate with trades, consultants, and project managers to maintain project flow
* Assist with obtaining, tracking, and managing permits
* Implement and maintain organized project documentation and reporting systems
* Anticipate roadblocks and roll with the punches in a fast-moving construction environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* A driven, hard worker with strong initiative and accountability
* Extremely organized with the ability to bring clarity and structure to multiple moving parts
* Excellent communicator who can build relationships with trades, consultants, and internal teams
* Experience in construction project coordination or administration (multi-family or commercial projects preferred)
* Familiarity with Buildertrend software is a nice-to-have, but not required
