YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee customer communication systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all inquiries.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
* Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and consumables across multiple sites.
* Lead, train, and educate staff to ensure high performance and compliance.
* Provide reporting, governance, and KPI measurements to clients.
* Monitor system alerts across multiple platforms and respond appropriately.
* Prepare, process, and complete work orders efficiently.
* Record, track, and report problems, complaints, incidents, events, and deficiencies.
* Support audits and conduct regular operational reviews
* Prepare, review, and submit expense reports.
* Manage accounts receivable, including customer billing and adjustments using proprietary software.
* Coordinate scheduling and submit payroll accurately and on time.
