YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage assigned projects from quotation through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company policies.
* Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, coordinating engineering, production, purchasing, sales, quality, and logistics.
* Prepare and review project documentation, including quotations, drawings, submittals, and production release packages.
* Facilitate internal review and contract meetings for standard and non-standard projects.
* Monitor project schedules, scope, and progress to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
* Communicate project status and updates to customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
* Manage scope changes, pricing adjustments, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
* Review project billing, closeout documentation, and overall project profitability.
* Support product improvement, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Assist with resolving post-delivery issues related to quality, installation, or logistics.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering (MET, CET, EIT)
* 1–5 years of experience in project management or a related role within a manufacturing or distribution environment
* Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of how products are designed and manufactured
* Ability to manage multiple projects or requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
* Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems (experience preferred; training provided as needed)
* Understanding of project management workflows, quality processes, and internal pricing/margin concepts
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and mathematical skills
