In this role you will lead the night shift team to ensure production is run smoothly. This is a hands on position for someone who isn't afraid to be involved in all areas of production. If you want to work in an organized and growing environment, then this is the opportunity for you!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Assist in training
* Ensure schedules are respected
* Ensure production needs are being met
* Handle breaks and employee follow up
MUST HAVES:
* Ability to Travel to Hadashville Daily for work
* Ability to work Night shift without interruption
* Complete a Criminal Record Check
* Experience in Production, machines and forklift is an asset
* Background in a supervisory role
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and ability to stand or crouch for long periods
ADDITIONAL INFO:
* $26.85 per hour
* Must be available to work Nights ongoing (11PM to 7AM)
* Benefit and Bonus package available
