YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and order supplies as needed
* Coordinate estimates and purchase orders in QuickBooks
* Set up and onboard new technicians across internal systems
* Process and track supply chargebacks
* Implement and maintain annual changes in the system
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and system data
* Ensure WCB payments are submitted and up to date
* Collect, record, and verify information submitted by technicians
* Prepare and send customer invoices
* Monitor and oversee account activity, keeping processes on track and reducing errors
* Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement automation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* 2-3+ years of experience in office administration and/or leadership roles
* Proficient in QuickBooks
* Skilled at managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly in dynamic environments
* Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
* Self-motivated and proactive; able to take initiative while being firm, fair, and appropriately assertive
* Serves as the primary point of contact for all office-related needs
* Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
