Ryan is hiring a Foreman for our client, based in Hadashville, Manitoba. In this role you will lead our maintenance team. If you want to work in an organized and growing environment, then this is the opportunity for you!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Supervise and schedule the maintenance team
* Ensure planned maintenance is completed
* Identify opportunities for improvement
* Work with Engineering and management on improvements
* Mentor employees
MUST HAVES:
* Ability to Travel to Hadashville Daily for work
* Complete a Criminal Record Check
* Licensed Journeyman in Industrial Mechanics
* Experience with industrial electronics
* Previous experience in a leadership role
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and ability to stand or crouch for long periods
ADDITIONAL INFO:
* Wage open to discuss from $29.19 to $38.19 per hour
* Monday to Thursday 7AM to 5PM with emergency on-call
* Benefit and Bonus package available
