WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Develop and refine manufacturing techniques to meet high tolerances on pre-designed stainless steel assemblies.
* Apply deep knowledge of material science and welding metallurgy to optimize production processes.
* Drive automation initiatives leveraging cutting-edge technology and equipment to achieve high-volume repeatability.
* Collaborate with senior operations leadership, engineering peers, and growing production teams.
* Engage directly with customers to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions with transparency.
* Travel to the United States as required for project needs.
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS
* 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience
* Strong mechanical engineering foundation with practical applications in real-world environments
* Deep understanding of how heat affects metal properties and welding processes
* Proven track record of solving complex manufacturing challenges and scaling production volumes
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities
BONUS
* Experience with TIG welding and tube fabrication
* Background in process automation and high-volume manufacturing
* Comfort with customer-facing interactions and technical communication
* CET, EIT or working toward P.Eng. designation
