THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a Manager of Quality Inspections to lead all quality inspection activities for this growing manufacturer. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape quality standards and processes while working with cutting-edge industrial equipment destined for power plants and critical infrastructure projects across North America. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Lead and oversee inspection processes across the full production cycle – from incoming materials through in-process production to finished goods
* Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality inspection procedures and documentation systems
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality benchmarks
* Partner with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Manage non-conformance reporting and oversee corrective/preventive action plants
* Support audits and maintain regulatory and certification compliance
* Conduct inspection at fabrication partner facilities throughout Canada and the USA (some travel required)

WHAT YOU BRING 
* NACE Level 2 Coating Inspector Certification (active and in good standing)
* CWB Level 2 Welding Inspector Certification (active and in good standing)
* Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
* 5+ years of quality control/inspection experience in manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and relevant codes
* Proficiency with inspection tools, measurement instruments, and quality management systems
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
