The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for organizing, tracking, and maintaining accurate inventory records across the warehouse and ERP system. This role requires strong analytical skills to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensure proper stock rotation, and maintain audit compliance, while working closely with cross-functional teams to support efficient operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Organize, catalogue, and maintain all inventory received and scheduled for production.
* Ensure inventory is properly rotated, tracked including using inventory signage to maintain accuracy.
* Oversee stock item master data, identifying and correcting incorrect descriptions and stock numbers.
* Execute daily inventory analysis and resolve discrepancies or issues.
* Ensure all inventory receipts are accurately entered into the ERP system.
* Perform daily audit logs and ensure records are kept accurate for production and finance teams.
* Oversee and schedule kitting for production.
* Communicate with Purchasing and Materials teams regarding new items, location changes, and inventory counts.
* Perform weekly physical counts of finished goods.
* Operate a forklift as required.

QALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing preferred.
* Experience working with ERP systems strongly preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proven ability to analyze data and resolve inventory discrepancies.
* Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
* Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
* Ability to lift and move inventory as required.
