YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Partner with corporate services hiring managers to understand needs and build targeted recruitment strategies.
* Oversee onboarding and ensure a positive new-hire experience.
* Act as the primary contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
* Provide advice to managers on performance, conflict resolution, and corrective action while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
* Lead the rollout and administration of corporate HR initiatives, policies, and programs including supporting training and communications.
* Collaborate with HRIS, payroll, and other shared services to streamline workflows and support standardized HR processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
* Contribute to HR reporting, metrics, and operational improvements.
* Support engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across HR and Shared Services.
* Develop HR reports and dashboards to deliver insights and inform strategic decisions for senior leadership.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* CPHR designation required (or equivalent professional HR Certification).
* 5-7+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including recruitment and employee relations.
* Experience implementing corporate or enterprise-wide HR initiatives is an asset.
* Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
* Proven ability to take initiative and work with an entrepreneurial mindset within a corporate environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
