About the Role
As a Hot Tub Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hot tubs and spa systems at residential and commercial locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving in the field, working independently, and delivering high-quality workmanship that customers can rely on.
You’ll work with pumps, heaters, plumbing systems, electrical components, and control systems — ensuring every spa is operating safely and efficiently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Diagnose and repair hot tubs, spas, and related equipment including pumps, heaters, control panels, and plumbing systems

Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal servicing on spa systems

Install and start up new hot tubs and spa equipment

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on-site and implement effective repairs

Educate customers on spa operation, maintenance, and water care
-
Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders

Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction
MUST HAVES
-
2+ years of hands-on technical experience in one of the following:

Pool & spa industry
-
Automotive repair
-
Small engine repair
-
Mechanical or equipment service environments

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, pumps, heaters, and plumbing components

Ability to work independently in the field and manage service calls efficiently

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
-
Valid driver’s license
