About the Role

As a Hot Tub Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hot tubs and spa systems at residential and commercial locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving in the field, working independently, and delivering high-quality workmanship that customers can rely on.

You’ll work with pumps, heaters, plumbing systems, electrical components, and control systems — ensuring every spa is operating safely and efficiently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Diagnose and repair hot tubs, spas, and related equipment including pumps, heaters, control panels, and plumbing systems

  • Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal servicing on spa systems

  • Install and start up new hot tubs and spa equipment

  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on-site and implement effective repairs

  • Educate customers on spa operation, maintenance, and water care

  • Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders

  • Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction

MUST HAVES

  • 2+ years of hands-on technical experience in one of the following:

    • Pool & spa industry

    • Automotive repair

    • Small engine repair

    • Mechanical or equipment service environments

  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability

  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, pumps, heaters, and plumbing components

  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage service calls efficiently

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • Valid driver’s license
