Lead operations as General Manager (Manufacturing) at the Winnipeg plant, overseeing approximately 36 reports. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee and optimize manufacturing operations to achieve production goals, improve efficiency, quality, and reliability.
* Implement and manage the master production schedule to ensure delivery targets are met on cost, quality, and timelines.
* Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams to achieve or exceed manufacturing targets and KPIs.
* Drive consistent performance management and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Develop and execute manufacturing budgets, including headcount and capital expenditures, to support revenue and margin objectives.
* Maintain strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder relationships to support operational performance and drive improvements.
* Provide regular, accurate KPI reporting to senior leadership and recommend cost-effective solutions.
* Establish and implement best practices, policies, and processes to enhance operational performance.
* Drive innovative manufacturing strategies to meet business objectives for cost, quality, and delivery.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Over 10 years of experience leading teams and driving change initiatives.
* More than 10 years in a manufacturing leadership role, with demonstrated success developing and executing effective manufacturing strategies, policies, processes, and systems.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and operational techniques.
* Experience managing budgets and full P&L accountability.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
* Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.
* Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
* Results-oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.
* Ability to lead and mentor staff to achieve significant results.
* Ability to influence, negotiate, and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
