WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Oversee day-to-day operations of a growing residential property management portfolio, ensuring strong financial performance and tenant satisfaction
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of property management professionals to foster accountability, collaboration, and growth
* Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and maintain high standards across all properties
* Oversee tenant relations, lease administration, and rent collections while ensuring adherence to company policies and provincial regulations
* Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting for multiple properties; identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
* Partner with ownership and senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business planning, and project development activities
* Ensure properties are maintained to the highest standard through proactive maintenance planning and vendor management
* Utilize Yardi software to manage operational data, monitor performance metrics, and streamline property management functions
MUST HAVES
* Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property management, with proven leadership experience
* Strong operational, financial, and organizational management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a track record of mentoring and motivating teams
* Proficiency with Yardi property management software
