WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Provide administrative and clerical support in a business environment
* Perform a range of administrative duties
* Enter data into the system in both English and French 
* Ability to edit and create profession and accurate documents and requested
* Meeting management, including scheduling, agenda preparation and minute taking.
* Maintain departmental files and adhere to strict confidentiality

MUST HAVES
* 2+ years of office experience
* High School or equivalent, secondary education is an asset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
* Self-directed with strong organizational skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
* Extremely high attention to detail 
* Fluent in both English and French
