As the Executive Vice President of Commercial & Regulatory Affairs for IVC Vita Health, you will report directly to the CEO and play a key enterprise leadership role. You will develop and execute revenue growth initiatives, oversee regulatory strategies, manage the portfolio, and ensure alignment between market opportunities and product strategy. You will also be a critical participant in defining and executing our 3–5-year strategic plan.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the creation and implementation of multi-year strategies for sales, pricing, channels, and customer engagement to achieve ambitious growth targets, drive revenue, and expand margins.
* Identify new market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and strengthen key client relationships.
* Oversee the Sales, Customer Care, and Regulatory Affairs teams, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment of demand planning with operational capabilities.
* Define and execute comprehensive intellectual property (IP) investment strategies.
* Provide strategic direction and oversight for regulatory submissions, product licensing, and overall product compliance, ensuring alignment with commercial launch objectives.
* Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Health Canada and other regulatory authorities, monitoring the regulatory environment to inform strategy adjustments.
* Partner with Research & Development (R&D) and Operations leadership to evaluate new product development opportunities.
* Guide product lifecycle management and pipeline prioritization to maximize market impact.
* Drive excellence in go-to-market strategies from planning through execution.
* Play a key leadership role in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
* Work closely with the CEO and Operations leadership to ensure integrated, strategic decision-making.
* Maintain a balance between commercial urgency and compliance, ensuring that all customer commitments are realistic, achievable, and fully executable.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or a related discipline is required.
* Advanced degrees or certifications are highly preferred (e.g., MBA, MSc, PharmD, Regulatory Affairs certification).
* 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Pharmaceuticals, Over The Counter/Natural Health Products, or other highly regulated healthcare sectors.
* Strong knowledge of OTC/NHP product lifecycles and market dynamics.
* Proven expertise in developing commercial strategies and driving revenue growth.
* Extensive understanding of regulatory requirements and associated compliance risks.
* Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic objectives.
* Data-driven, customer-focused, and commercially decisive, with an enterprise mindset capable of contributing to company-wide strategy and future succession planning.
