YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and Elevate Intermodal Operations
* Lead and optimize intermodal (rail + drayage) operations across North America
* Drive network strategy, including modal shift from truckload to intermodal
* Ensure operational discipline across service, cost, and execution
Lead Enterprise-Level Transportation Programs
* Take ownership of high-value, strategic customer accounts
* Oversee complex LTL, FTL, and flatbed programs with a focus on performance and growth
* Identify and execute expansion opportunities across key accounts
Build Scalable, Process-Driven Infrastructure
* Establish KPI-driven operations focused on margin, service, and efficiency
* Implement reporting frameworks and dashboards to drive visibility and accountability
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to support long-term scalability
Own Pricing, Margins, and Commercial Strategy
* Lead pricing governance across intermodal and dedicated freight programs
* Partner with sales and finance on RFPs, lane strategy, and deal structure
* Drive disciplined margin performance across a complex network
Operate at the Executive Level
* Engage directly with senior leadership on strategy, performance, and growth
* Lead customer business reviews and present operational insights at an executive level
* Act as a key advisor in shaping logistics strategy across North America
Build and Lead High-Performance Teams
* Develop and mentor operational leaders and customer-facing teams
* Instill structure, accountability, and a performance-driven culture
* Scale team capabilities in line with business growth
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage
* Deep expertise in intermodal, rail networks, and drayage operations
* Strong command of multi-modal logistics (LTL, FTL, flatbed)
* Proven ability to build and lead structured, high-performance operations
* Experience managing enterprise accounts and complex freight programs
* Strong commercial acumen across pricing, margins, and RFP strategy
