We are looking for enthusiastic Store Managers to lead the retail stores for our clients in communities across Northern Canada. This job will provide you with the opportunity to grow in a new culture, explore new horizons and landscapes, and make a real difference in the community.
 
YOUR RESPOSIBILITIES
As a Store Manager, you are the heart of our operations and a pillar of the community.
* Lead & Inspire: Coach, motivate, and develop your team to create a positive environment for both employees and customers.
* Drive Store Success: Take ownership of the store's performance by managing sales, budgets, labour costs, and inventory control.
* Serve the Community: Ensure the store is stocked with the right products to meet local needs and build lasting relationships with customers and community leaders.
* Champion Excellence: Uphold our high standards for merchandising, store presentation, and exceptional customer service.
* Embrace the Market: Become an expert on your community, using your knowledge to adapt strategies and drive sales always minding the community aspect and respect of local practices.
 
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a professional, resourceful, and organized leader who is ready for a unique challenge.

Required Experience:
* 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume retail or grocery environment.
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing costs effectively.
* Strong leadership and customer service skills.
* Experience leading a team of people in the grocery or retail sector
* Ability to coordinate freight and deliveries of goods (This includes but is not limited to: picking up cargo and bringing it to the store)
* Ensure that warehouse and stockroom are in good conditions
* Conduct efforts for local hiring 
* Responsible for discipline standards in the workplace

* Full driver’s license (must have)
