YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming visitors and calls at the reception desk
* Receive, sort, and distribute packages and mail
* Manage and respond to emails, daily entries, and reports
* Maintain office and kitchen supplies, ensuring workspaces are organized and stocked
* Enter orders accurately into the system
* Review and process invoice approvals
* Coordinate and manage calendars and scheduling
* Prepare and maintain daily operational reports
