ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects from inception through completion. Reporting to senior leadership, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead all aspects of construction project management, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance goals are achieved.
* Serve as the company’s primary representative for assigned projects—building trust with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
* Develop and manage detailed project budgets, schedules, and forecasts; identify and mitigate potential risks proactively.
* Oversee and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication, accountability, and collaboration across all stakeholders.
* Review and manage documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reporting.
* Foster a culture of safety excellence on every project site.
* Champion continuous improvement and maintain the company’s reputation for professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
WHAT YOU BRING
* A post-secondary degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* 5+ years of progressive experience managing construction projects across the ICI or multi-family sectors.
* Proven success leading projects through all phases—from pre-construction to closeout.
* Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* The ability to make sound, strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for building meaningful partnerships.
