WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Leading projects end-to-end—budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and everything in between
* Being the face of the project—building trust with owners, consultants, and trade partners
* Driving budgets and schedules with precision, accountability, and strategic foresight
* Partnering closely with Superintendents to keep momentum on site and solve issues fast
* Managing contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals with clarity and confidence
* Championing safety and reinforcing a culture where everyone goes home safe
* Elevating the process—looking for smarter, more efficient ways to deliver great work
WHAT YOU BRING
* A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
* 5+ years of hands-on experience managing ICI or multi-family projects
* A track record of delivering projects with strong financial and schedule performance
* Deep technical understanding of construction methods and industry best practices
* Leadership skills that bring teams together and keep projects moving
* A confident, solution-driven mindset with the ability to make strong decisions under pressure
* A commitment to building relationships and representing the company with professionalism
