WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Hunting for new business — calling on companies, building relationships, and opening new doors
* Growing a pipeline of opportunities across the industrial, construction, and technical markets
* Meeting clients face-to-face, understanding their challenges, and matching them with the right solutions
* Pitching and presenting — you’ll be in front of business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
* Negotiating deals that make sense for both sides — and closing them with confidence
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver what you’ve promised and keep clients coming back
MUST HAVES
* A proven background in B2B sales — you’ve built and managed your own book of business
* Experience in industrial, construction, or technical sales (or similar industries)
* A natural hunter mentality — you’re motivated, persistent, and thrive on results
* Strong communication and people skills — you know how to connect and influence
* Solid organization and follow-through — you keep deals moving and clients engaged
* Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related technical field
