YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the front desk and main entrance of the facilities department.
* Manage mail room duties and processes on a full-time basis.
* Wear a headset and answer incoming calls throughout the day (approximately 50–100 calls daily; about 75% in French and 25% in English).
* Access internal systems while on calls to assist callers and direct inquiries.
* Triage incoming calls and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
* Occasionally rotate to support the front door area while continuing to manage reception calls.
