KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Leadership & Design:
* Lead architectural design from concept through construction
* Develop innovative solutions for educational, recreational, and community projects
* Collaborate directly with clients throughout all project phases
* Ensure projects meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines
Team Development & Mentorship:
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
* Participate in strategic planning and business development
* Contribute to firm growth and expansion initiatives
* Foster a collaborative team environment
Technical Excellence:
* Prepare comprehensive design documentation
* Coordinate with engineering consultants and contractors
* Conduct site reviews and construction administration
* Ensure compliance with building codes and accessibility standards
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* Licensed Architect in Manitoba (or ability to obtain licensure)
* 5+ years of professional architecture experience
* Strong design and technical skills with diverse project experience
* Proficiency in current architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit)
* Previous leadership or mentorship experience, or a drive to learn
* Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills
