With over 32 years of experience in the Manitoba recruitment industry, Terry brings a proven track record in sales leadership, talent strategy, and business development. Prior to joining Pinnacle, he served as Senior Branch Manager for a global recruitment firm, where he consistently delivered strong sales performance and led high-impact teams across multiple markets.

Terry is widely respected for his visionary leadership, results-driven mindset, and ability to inspire teams toward ambitious goals. He maintains a broad and influential network of business leaders across Manitoba and beyond, which he actively leverages to generate new opportunities and strengthen client relationships. A proud graduate of Athol Murray College of Notre Dame in Wilcox, Saskatchewan, Terry attended Ferris State University in Michigan on a hockey scholarship. He is also proud of his Métis heritage, which continues to shape his values and leadership philosophy.
