As President and Co-founder of Pinnacle, Dale oversees the company’s daily operations. A graduate of the University of Manitoba, Dale is respected for his disciplined approach to making the company an industry leader with exceptional client service.

Before co-founding Pinnacle, Dale served 12 years as senior vice president of a national security firm, responsible for six branches and 1,700 employees. A lifelong Winnipegger, Dale is passionate about contributing to his community, as evidenced by Pinnacle’s support of Winnipeg community initiatives such as industry associations, charitable causes, and scholarships. He has championed Pinnacle to become a leader among its peers, and a forward-thinking company that values and invests in higher education so bright young students can dream big and attain a world-class education.

Dale is the President of the Winnipeg Rifles Football Club and assistant coach for the Dakota High School Varsity Football Team. He and his wife, Jodian, reside in South St. Vital with their two children.
