Step into a hands-on Residential Site Superintendent role, overseeing multiple residential builds from start to finish within a dynamic construction environment. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate and schedule trades, and ensure projects stay on track through effective sequencing, real-time adjustments, and issue resolution. The role includes maintaining strong subcontractor and vendor relationships, conducting quality control inspections, addressing deficiencies early, and ensuring all health and safety standards are met. You will also communicate with homeowners throughout the build process, provide progress updates, and manage expectations, while tracking timelines, costs, and site performance and reporting to leadership.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
*Manage day-to-day construction site operations across multiple residential builds
*Oversee project progress to ensure builds stay on schedule
*Coordinate and schedule all trades, including framers, electricians, plumbers, and other subcontractors
*Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, ensuring accountability for timelines and quality of work
*Troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve construction challenges as they arise
*Plan and manage construction sequencing and trade scheduling to prevent delays and conflicts
*Adjust schedules in real time to address issues and maintain project flow
*Conduct quality control inspections at key construction stages to ensure builder standards are met
*Identify and address deficiencies early to prevent costly rework
*Communicate with homeowners throughout the build process, providing updates and progress walkthroughs
*Manage client expectations and address concerns or issues in a professional manner
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all job sites
*Maintain clean, organized, and safe construction sites
*Provide regular updates to project managers and leadership on progress, delays, costs, and site issues
*Track and report on project timelines, budgets, and operational challenges.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
*3+ years of Residential experience
*Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and tactfully with clients, customers, and team members
