YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead, support, train, and mentor team members to promote effective day-to-day operations.
* Oversee facility operations to ensure locations are operating smoothly and address issues or discrepancies as they arise.
* Identify operational deficiencies and ensure appropriate solutions are implemented.
* Monitor and respond to system alerts, taking appropriate action as required.
* Provide customer service and address customer needs and concerns.
* Oversee assigned projects, ensuring they are completed effectively and as required.
* Spend approximately 80% of the time in field and parking lot locations, with the remaining 20% in the office.

* Experience in operations, field services, facilities, or a related environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. 
* Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and deficiencies effectively.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
