YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
*Own the Load Link board, find the freight, fill the trucks, make it happen
*Negotiate rates with brokers on LTL and full truckload shipments across North American lanes
*Partner with planners to identify freight gaps and solve them fast
*Handle high-volume broker communication with speed, confidence, and a bit of charm
*Coordinate freight terms and keep cross-border shipments moving without a hitch
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
*2+ years in transportation logistics, trucking, freight brokerage, or 3PL
*You're a natural on the phone, confident, persuasive, and quick on your feet
*Strong North American geography knowledge and cross-border freight experience
*Load Link experience is a major asset
*Competitive by nature, outgoing by default, and cool under pressure.
