YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
*Lead Comprehensive Project & Service Operations: Direct end-to-end project lifecycles while managing IT service delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service team capabilities.
*Strategic Planning & Resource Management: Define project scope, goals, and outcomes; develop detailed strategies and communication plans; and forecast/manage project budgets, resources, and staffing needs.
*Stakeholder & Team Communication: Maintain clear, consistent, and transparent communication with stakeholders, project teams, and service staff regarding expectations, progress, and performance.
*Execution & Oversight: Delegate tasks, resolve resource conflicts, track dependencies, and manage project timelines and milestones while integrating service team schedules.
*Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report on project progress, deliverables, and team performance; establish reporting standards; and analyze results to identify and address issues.
*Risk & Change Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope and operational demands, developing contingency plans to ensure continuity.
*Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and lead project and service teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and strong working relationships to improve overall effectiveness.
*Process Improvement & Data Integrity: Drive adoption of project management methodologies and tools, conduct retrospectives to identify improvements, and ensure accurate data entry in ConnectWise across all records.
*Client & Operational Communication: Keep clients and internal teams informed on project and service status, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all communications.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
*5+ years of direct project management experience across all phases of project development and execution.
*University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
*Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
*Skilled in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and software suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Visio).
*Proven track record in team leadership and management.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to adapt communication style across diverse audiences and disciplines.
*Leadership style focused on mentoring, motivation, and collaboration, with the ability to gain cooperation across all levels, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams.
*Skilled in managing and resolving conflicts within project teams.
*Flexible and adaptable, with a strong ability to respond effectively to changing project needs and priorities.
