Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Mechanic to join our clients team. This role is crucial for ensuring the continuous operation of the production equipment and will involve working closely with the existing maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a desire to learn and contribute to a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues.

Collaborate with machine operators to address equipment concerns.

Perform daily maintenance checks according to established schedules.
Qualifications:

Considerable experience in maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing facility.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with conveyor systems, servo motors, chains, and gearboxes is highly valued.

Experience with hydraulics and air cylinders is beneficial.

Ability to learn and perform in-depth repairs on industrial sewing machines.

Track and manage inventory of parts for equipment.

Complete daily repair sheets.

Conduct proactive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.

Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform troubleshooting.
Other Information
Wage : 27-32 Per Hour based on experience
Shift Time : Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm with flexibility for 11am to 7:30pm
