YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
*Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 
*Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to develop, implement, and execute organization-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. 
*Develop and optimize scalable, data-driven recruitment processes to support high-volume hiring, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the candidate experience. 
*Support the professional growth of the recruitment team through ongoing coaching, performance management, and career development initiatives. 
*Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by providing labour market insights, workforce planning recommendations, and strategic recruitment guidance. 
*Lead talent acquisition initiatives that support organizational growth, transformation, and workforce planning objectives. 
*Design and facilitate training programs that strengthen recruitment best practices, interviewing skills, and talent acquisition capabilities across the organization. 
*Oversee the organization's recruitment marketing strategy, including career sites, job boards, and digital recruitment platforms, to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent. 
*Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing expert guidance on interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection to ensure quality hiring decisions. 
*Analyze recruitment metrics and key performance indicators, preparing reports and recommendations that support continuous improvement and informed decision-making. 
*Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by executive leadership, driving operational excellence and organizational success.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 
*Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. 
*8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in talent acquisition, including managing high-volume recruitment; staffing agency experience is considered an asset. 
*Proven success leading recruitment initiatives within fast-paced, high-growth organizations or high-volume operational environments. 
*Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate talent strategies effectively at all levels of the organization. 
*Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting recruitment data, identifying trends, and translating insights into strategic recommendations. 
*Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while effectively managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines. 
*Strategic and innovative problem solver with proven experience leading complex projects, driving continuous improvement, and delivering operational excellence.
