YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
*Receive, process, and enter customer orders into internal systems
*Manage high-volume customer communications via email and phone, responding to inquiries, shipment updates, and special instructions
*Screen and prioritize incoming emails related to pickups and operational requirements
*Trace, monitor, and update shipment loads to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
*Geocode and review mapping data to support routing and shipment planning
*Prepare operational and customer service reports
*Submit rate requests and support pricing approvals and updates
*Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to manage special customer requirements
*Process, code, and reconcile invoices, resolving discrepancies with internal teams and customers
