YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
*Support the Customer Service team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
*Maintain and update customer, shipper, and receiver profiles accurately 
*Enter, track, and update customer shipment information in internal systems 
*Upload and organize documentation within company software platforms 
*Assist with customer communications and service inquiries 
*Manage assigned small-volume customer accounts and provide ongoing support 
*Support the Pricing team with data entry and quote management 
*Enter and maintain customer spot quotes and pricing information 
*Review and process large extended-lane quotes for accuracy and completeness 
*Identify opportunities to improve or revise extended-lane pricing structures 
*Assist with internal projects and cross-functional initiatives 
*Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments 
*Provide holiday coverage support for the Customer Service team 
*Communicate effectively and collaborate with internal departments across the organization
