YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
*Manage day-to-day AP and AR processes, including invoice processing, with ongoing efforts to improve and automate workflows, while supporting temporary staff training.
*Lead month-end close for the parent company, completing the 5-day close cycle and uploading financials for consolidated reporting.
*Prepare and structure financial data to meet parent company reporting standards for a publicly traded organization.
*Provide financial analysis and insights, identifying operational issues and improvement opportunities to support business performance.
*Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to annual planning and quarterly business reviews.
*Support payroll backup, audit processes, and year-end close activities.
*Perform job costing analysis, identifying variances and explaining underlying drivers.
*Work with accounting systems and support ERP and automation initiatives.
*Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, demonstrating strong analytical thinking and contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
*CPA designation (completed or in progress)
*Valid passport
*2-4 years of leadership experience, preferably managing small teams or projects.
*Manufacturing experience
*Strong costing experience
*Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
*Exposure to ERP implementation or systems projects using RCIO or similar platforms.
