As their next Project Coordinator, you will be the organizational force behind active construction projects - the person who keeps documentation airtight, schedules on track, and communication flowing seamlessly between the office, suppliers, and field crews. This is a role for someone who is detail-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. You will work directly alongside the Project Manager, bringing structure and clarity to complex mechanical projects from start to finish.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
*Work alongside the Project Manager to keep daily project coordination running without a hitch
*Prepare, organize, and track all project documentation - RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and more
*Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and material deliveries so nothing falls through the cracks
*Act as the communication hub between the office, suppliers, and field crews - keeping everyone aligned
*Maintain organized job files, drawings, and service reports for quick access and accuracy
*Support invoicing, time sheet processing, and project job costing
*Handle general office duties tied to active construction projects, keeping operations smooth and efficient
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
*Experience in construction, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC project environments is a strong asset
*Sharp organizational and multitasking skills - you can juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
*Comfortable working with project documents and deadlines in a deadline-driven industry
*Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively across office and field teams
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook are tools you use confidently
*A valid driver's licence
