YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

*2+ years of flooring-specific, commercial sales experience.
*Strong network or established relationships within the contractor, builder, or development community considered an asset.
*Proven “hunter” mentality with a track record of proactively sourcing and securing new business opportunities.
*Self-sufficient and highly driven, with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
*Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and social media as part of a modern sales approach.
