YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
*Identify and engage key decision-makers in operations across small, mid-sized, and large organizations to build a strong pipeline of leads.
*Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social media, leveraging tools and web traffic insights to qualify opportunities.
*Reconnect with existing prospects and customers to generate new and repeat business opportunities and transition qualified leads to the sales team.
*Maintain high activity levels, including consistent outbound calling and follow-ups, to achieve monthly lead generation targets.
*Promote and drive attendance for digital workshops and user conferences by engaging prospects and existing clients.
*Create and deliver monthly outreach content tailored to prospective and current customers.
*Respond to inbound inquiries, providing clear and compelling information about products, features, and upcoming events.
*Utilize structured messaging to communicate value propositions and key benefits effectively.
*Assess prospect needs through targeted qualifying questions to identify fit and opportunity.
*Guide prospects through next steps by scheduling meetings or registering them for virtual sessions.
*Accurately document and manage prospect information within the CRM system.
*Consistently exceed lead generation goals by taking initiative and supporting broader sales efforts.
*Manage and maintain LinkedIn content and engagement to support brand visibility.
*Analyze survey data and report on marketing performance metrics to inform strategy.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
*Demonstrated experience in telemarketing or similar sales/customer service roles within a software environment 
*Consistent success in achieving lead generation targets through outbound calling 
*Strong communication and presentation abilities 
*Driven, resilient, and results-focused mindset 
*Familiarity with QMS or ERP systems 
*Native English speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills 
*Post-secondary education in marketing or business considered an asset
