YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
*Build and grow a North American client base through targeted outreach and genuine relationship-building. Not just cold calls, but real conversations with people who care about the same products you do.
*Turn prospects into long-term partners by understanding their needs and crafting customized solutions.
*Present tailored quotes and contracts that reflect both your product knowledge and your clients' real-world applications.
*Hit the road and the trade show floor to represent the brand at industry events across North America, putting faces to names and products in people's hands.
*Track your pipeline with precision and use market insights to stay one step ahead.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
*3+ years of inside sales experience with a strong prospecting and closing track record.
*Experience with, or genuine passion for, recreation, outdoor, or rescue/safety products. You don't just sell the product; you understand why it matters.
*Natural ability to build rapport fast and earn trust, whether over the phone or face-to-face at a trade show.
*A valid passport and willingness to travel for industry events and client opportunities across North America.
*Self-starting, resilient energy. You thrive on the hunt and bounce back when deals don't close on the first try.
*Consistent history of exceeding targets and turning leads into loyal clients.
